He helped launch the successful Strada Properties in Laguna Beach and has been a consistently awarded “Top Producer” at companies like Berkshire Hathaway. After leaving Berkshire Hathaway, Jim once again started his own successful boutique brokerage Laguna Beach Properties. This became one of the largest independent real estate companies in Laguna Beach and the surrounding areas. Today, Jim is an Associate Senior Broker with Compass and the leader of Ardery + Associates.
